To attain to health and keep it, to prevent disease and eradicate it, Nature provided a few simple rules which are not only to be known but must be observed if life is to prove a state of joy and success.

Never use fruits and vegetables at the same time.

Select your food according to the production of the season.

For the first meal of the day, or breakfast, use fresh fruits or fruit juices, whatever of the local market or imported, adding rolled oats, wheat or rice.

For the second meal of the day, or lunch, have a salad and toast, or any wholesome unfermented bread.

For the third meal use seasonable appetizers such as diverse melons, cucumbers or gourds in general; and in their absence, whatever salad stuffs are procurable, like tomatoes, endives, celery, chicory, chives, green onions, leek, kale, cabbage, lettuce, fennel, sorrel, watercress, radishes, carrots, beets and turnips the three latter being available at any time. In addition to fresh appetizers use any vegetable, or any vegetables, suitable for baking or steaming in their own juice, using absolutely no water in preparing such dishes, adding olive, sunflower, cocoanut, peanut, corn or cooking oil to avoid scorching, and steam over a slow fire. Fresh biscuits or yeast-free breadstuffs may be added to suit the taste, although raw cereals are preferred.

In addition to the above five rules, the following should be observed to hasten results and derive benefits, other than those of physical merit.

Select your fruits, salad stuffs, vegetables, grains, nuts, dairy and yard products according to temperament and basic principles.

The intellectually based need largely stone and seedless fruits (mostly tropical) salads, baked vegetables, almonds, pistachios and cashews. Should use very little yard or dairy food, and seldom drink with meals. Milk and butter conceded.

The spiritually based need seed fruits, mostly semi-tropical; more salads, raw, steamed and baked vegetables; uncooked, rolled and crushed grain, pine nuts, brazil, peanuts, yard products in season; also dairy food in season, thoroughly cured cheese with lemon juice in season and in small quantities; black tea and coffee, although seldom with meals.

The physically based can have all the domestic fruits, less of the tropical or semitropical unless for remedial purposes. Plenty of salads, raw, steamed, baked, fried and stewed vegetables, raw and cooked cereals, unfermented bread stuffs, dairy and yard food in season, walnuts, pecans and peanuts. They should drink before meals, but not with or immediately after them.

There are a large variety of vegetables that meet every taste, demand and purpose. The better way to use them is in a raw state—as a salad. Some taste better when cut with a scissors, grated or sliced. With oil and lemon as a dressing, vegetables are made palatable and nourishing. Nearly all vegetables can be used raw. In a raw state smaller quantities are required. The same holds good when baked. In boiling, also in steaming, much of the nourishment is lost, due to the chemical change through cooking. 

There are very few vegetables that cannot be used as a full dish; namely, artichokes, potatoes, parsnips, salsify (oyster plant); either call for steaming. 

Sweet corn is best when raw, although it may be roasted or steamed for two minutes. 

Cauliflower, cabbage, Brussel sprouts, eggplant, kohlrabi, okra may be parboiled or scalded and thereafter baked.

the power of breath

After all fails us we always have to fall back upon rhythmic breathing. Sluggish circulation of the blood has most to do with our organic disorders. Where the usual remedies fail us or prove ineffective, it will be found that attention to breathing will assist in the rousing and stirring of organic operations. True, attention needs to be paid to the position of the body. In a sitting posture we must sit so as to be en leisure, absolutely relaxed, with chest thrown up. Do not drop chest and do not drop the abdomen, but rather draw it in at the diaphragmatical region.

To derive immediate results from an exercise it is necessary to relax to the utmost and never force matters. The shoulders must droop while inhaling and chest must rise, never drop. It is the abdomen that has to be drawn in toward the solar plexus.

Breathe out, breathe out all you possibly can. Count to twelve and more before inhaling. Inhale for four seconds; exhale for twelve and more, increasing the length of exhalation.

When tired, sing a simple song, and sing it on the breath; then take the breathing exercise again. After a little practice it will come to you intuitively or inspirationally what bodily exercises to take with your breathing exercises; what stretching, pulling, kneeding, massaging to add to it. Before you realize it you will have a system all your own, an individualistic system of health exercises.

In the severest cases rhythmic breathing and singing on the breath will go a long ways in assuring us of greater comfort, ease of mind and finding happiness even tho we linger here on earth. The more we relax, physically, and resign mentally, the greater are the results.

Most of us are apt to forget the power that lies in breath, breathing, and the potential powers contained within the air currents rushing upon us.

To the extent we are attuned to the air currents, the lungs convert the chemical compounds and charge the circulatory, nervous, as well as glandular cells leading to a better understanding.

Duality is Light and Dark, Not Separate But Together From the Start!

It was in the 2004 that I got connected by a Woman of "Inner Earth" - Emaryll

She connected me because she was pregnant with twins and I as a Mother of twins twice she believed should have enough experience. She said she knows me from former times where I was - like my Mother in this life - kind of midwife in that birth temple...

We befriended and chatted a lot "girl talk" - "woman talk" but she also supported the "Pyramid center", the pendant, and a few other things..her time was June...and we were looking forwards to it all...

It was the evening of the summer solstice when I heard her call...we walked together to "that temple" built kind of pyramid where we stepped up ... the steps were amethyst - violet lighted...

The steps up were to make the opening more lightly...and then we came into a room - oh wow - I'd wish we could get such rooms for birthing...soft light - it was all christal, but we always think crystal is hard.  This was smooth and soft...soft green - like the green in the rejuvenating elixir - soft shining light - like pink candle lights melting...

She could sit - lay - wander - whatever she wanted... and felt to do...We were the only ones there... and of course LOVE.  The air was fresh and relaxing...

Emaryll smiled...I smiled back and began to announce breath in breath out and so on her belly moved with the breath... and finally she sat on a bank with her back leaning on the smooth wall...and aaaaaha..of course the first one coming was a girl. Al Sha KA. Opening the way for her brother. El Sha KA. The balanced twins are born...they said:

"We both carry the same ...but we decided to be different gender but the same...to show that everyone of you is male and female - no duality "

The birth was as I always was told by my Mother...the birth was as I had it with the boys, no crying... no pain. The three "worked" together the only thing I did was giving some "commands" for breathing and then a sigh.

And I held the first and brought her onto the belly of the Mother and nearly immediately the second one came into my hands...and then both of them lay together...with the Mother...all the three in a golden shine...

This is so normal....a peaceful calm naturally, but still tears run down my cheeks for the love that is around...I do not know if you can feel this great love...I hope so and be surrounded by it...

I wish all the becoming mothers such a giving birth all the coming babies such a entering into this earthly body...

Giving birth to twins girls and then twin boys looks like God wanted to teach you something. You see we are all called Twin Hearts, this is why we act like others. Twin children show us this really well. However, this doesn't mean their rainbow sacred colors are the same, as you know your own children. This is why even identical twins have different personalities, but similar behaviors. I am called Twin Deer Mother, because I Twin the Heart of Others, and this is how I know what they feel inside of them. We all have some ability to do this, we call a sixth sense as it blows in the wind.


The Soul is considered female from the darkness of heaven.  The Flesh is considered male from the lightness of earth.  However, we are both girls and boys, on each side also.  This offers us four sacred directions. For instance, your Soul is Male, Grandfather Light, and your Flesh is Female.  This is called balanced.  Some have female soul and female flesh or male soul and male fresh, then these people are off balance, or have a mission that directs them towards the behavior needed for their own evolution.  I also have the Soul Male, First Sun, and my Flesh is Female.  These are the manifestations of God, the Oneness of all creation.  

We come to do what is needed, as we agree to be here with others to communicate and speak stories of remembering.  Since our Souls are eternal, we know much, but our Flesh is young, and must learn to remember, this is evolution, and now in a time when so many are remembering, but confused, they will need those who can guide them homeward to ONENESS, the family of relatives.  Thank you Grandfather Light, about speaking the perfect part of birthing, and how luminous the whole experience can bee, the impossible flight.

This is communication, and we will show you how it's done. We are both from heaven, Grandfather Holy Flight (Grand Sun) and Calf Woman (First Sun), as you are from Earth, the center the magenta person right at the horizon where all the colors do go "gee", it's like you are speaking baby talk when it comes to song and singing.  This is not easy when you have been away from heaven so very long.  I think this was just for you, my beloved Millennium, my shining light.  We were talking about the Rainbow Man, the person she is very fond of.


You do have the crystal overlay, and song is in your tongue, sow it and use it to communicate the heart, not the head, where you have lost your mind.  Stop being everyone else who goes by, start singing to them when they walk by, then you will not be left with their hate, and broadcasting their words instead.  When you are not Grace it is not you, and you always come home from others view, you need to realize that you need others too, to guide you and help you to remove the abuse.  only prayer and dance together will shed your pain, you need do it every single day, you cannot escape the dance you need, to bring heaven inside your heart again.

You aren't learning to sing. Yet you continue to say I am learning. How would you know since you aren't singing to the world. This is communication our singing, as this is the old and new language.  Many don't know even what they sing just like you. I walked by some drummers and sang to them, they stopped drumming while I sang and when I finished they continued drumming, this was communication. Learn it my Brother.


And why aren't you doing prayer and ceremony and teaching this instead of speaking at others, broadcaster. 


I live with Gangsters on the streets, I know their hearts and it's not like you think.  They have many patterns of hate and they want to come home too. I trust them because they are warriors!  They may be the very ones who save your body, since you aren't learning what you need to know to be a WARRIOR.


All our relations, means oneness.  Not against them but for them. Just like prisoners in today's concentration camps full of black and native men and women.


Like I said, God's laws are Science! Start learning truth, not broadcasting hate! We are one, and we are all related, means there is not separation anymore, third phase of evolution here we come, heaven and earth.

Before conception - the three months are the interesting ones...

when the Father and the Mother live a very conscious life

and take all this in from they get from nature within those months

as they reflect the part of the year that the child will have to

develop after birth.

Then the conception may happen in a very relaxed situation

while both parents are breathing slow and deep

(not the quick breath like hyperventilating)

fully connected to the universal surroundings

because then the breathing spirals are longer
reach deeper into the universe
and a highly evolved soul can come in

within the first 3 months before conception

the parents also will think about the gender of the child

while the mother is the last "instance""

as she and her body know

what gender her body is prepared for.

All the gifts and all the talents that one wishes to be called out
must be established in the child before birth. If it is to be a well-
behaved child, even, it must be imparted unto the child before it is
born. Think how much trouble is spared that mother and that father
when they know that their child need not be watched even for a moment—
it is able to take care of itself.

These three months before are also "sagely" to be used

for the clearing from every imprint of any former sexual partner.
as these imprints do not allow to bring in the "wished" soul

Magic is in the air, and I feel it everywhere, and if I could only catch the light in the air, then I could slide down to where you are. Now I lift myself to touch the sky, but I don't really know if I could lie,what they teach us to do, down there, if they could only learn to care.

The pureness of love is the law. The spiraling tongue of the snake and we are bond to it's law, that love stands upon the ground. But we don't look at this way, we think that it's all for play, and we can't see what has been, cause we think we are always going to win.

But stronger than us exists out there, and evolution has it's call. And if you think you don't know the way, then you should call on those who care to play, with love and law and it's return, the Rainbow Warriors who will care. We will make you choose wrong or right, and then you can count on our care.

We are the ones who come your way, to teach you that love is not a game, it's law that rules all over the land, and Great Mother is here to stand. She is the love you counted on. She is the one who never failed. She always come when you call, even if you think it was not her.

And when do you think the marriage will end? I don't think time will ever win. For law lives inside of you, and you can't and won't divide the fuse. For we belong to each other everything, and you can't take it home and change. The only thing that keeps us solid and true, is love and that's the only rule.

Now I say, if you want a new day, you will fight with the one who always displays. You tell them that law is here to stay, and woman is here to show you the way. For she is the heart of everyone, and she is here to show you love, but man you need come home to win, to teach all the children how to swim.

But the sky, will be blind, and if you don't know how to shine, the fire that's inside, then you won't have a way, to survive the dawning day, when all will be blown away, the fire will catch throughout the land, and we shall come home to stand.

Now, it's the way of love again. And if you think you can win, then we will see you go away, only to save you on another day. But we will take you here to say, that love is here and always wins. And when you return home again, then we will all know how to swim. The blue of the sea to see, and we can have all shores to believe, that we could travel everywhere and have relatives who will surely play. And when we come home with law again, the play will be without sin, and we shall be like children again.

And we shall love and believe. The day of dawn is coming home, and those who claim the ultimate throne, will serve their hearts and never die, for eternal will always be in the sky. And brotherhood will be everywhere, because sisterhood will care like they should. And women everywhere, will start to make law where it counts. To love men more than yourself, to offer and teach him like you should, that a heart means more than your sin, and no matter how far you think you could win.

Just put your hate away, and learn to forgive again. but speak your heart like you should, and tell them how you could. But that you will choose a better way, just like they need to collide this day, for they will come home to thank your heart, for caring and giving them a smart (stinging). And we will be one happy family, we fight then make up like we should, then we are loving each and every day, and we come home and play lovingly.

My family, you have so much to care, there inside you should care, and if we choose to love again, then we could all come home and win. But to those who chose another way, then we say, good riddens (welcome relief) for the sky. For they will live law when the day, comes to forsake (give up, renounce) and display (law of fire, the red). It's time to come and hide your sin, like you forgive and let it go in the wind. Not hide your heart because you said, but to go where there is no hate. And we will hide with you, when darkness is complete, and when you think no one can sea, we will be there who will be strong and true.

We will lift your hand and say, grab right on it, my hand and it's display. I'll grab you now and then, if you only catch me in the breeze. But if you don't reach towards me again, then you will have to wait to win, because love is always unity, and when you choose hate, you always catch the blood. For the Red is love it's said, and you don't know what's the way, for only love will light your lift, and only fire will purify. So if you want to know how to win, count on Rainbow Soldiers who are true, who come when no one is around, to save you especially when you're down. And I know the day,will come, to teach all of us how to swim, to fly through the air again, to be the greatest we have ever been.

It's DAWNING everyone, the place we always dreamed. For the beginning to the end of time, the magic of this time. We are going where perfection lives, inside our hearts and inside our minds. To be pure and know love and light. To be great and true to all the plight. And we will only know the way, the true Soldiers who display, the LAW of LOVE throughout the land, from shore to distant shore and back again!
 
Sending law of love to all my relatives, and when you come to receive the love that God has sent to thee, then you will learn how Great you are and how perfectly you see, the Rainbow Colors that garment only yee. Now, if you want the truth, come home to me every time, but if you want the false report then walk away and be blind, as Great Spirit are coming home to stand and all who walk this way, will be judged for their open heart and not what was said yesterday. Come home and be the perfect warrior who stands, on the truth of righteousness and all who come to this land. The law of love is coming home, will you come and see the way.
